The incentive-based tax policy implemented for more than four years has led to significant changes in the labor market. As a result of measures implemented by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy in the direction of formalizing workplaces, “whitening” the wage fund and ensuring transparency, the number of concluded labor contracts increased by 353.9 thousand units compared to the beginning of 2019, and in April 2023 reached 1,755.8 thousand on the 1st of May. In the private section of the non-oil sector, this indicator increased by 298.1 thousand units and made 838 thousand.
